Program Lead in Forensic Odontology training and Director of the Disaster Victim Identification Training Course at the University of Turin.
Graduated in dentistry (DDS) and in Science in Law (LLB) at the University of Bari, Italy Holds post-graduate diplomas in Legal Medicine, Forensic Sciences, and Forensic Odontology, and a Research Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Cranio-Facial Superimposition.
Officer of the Italian Red Cross Military Corps and member of the Mass Fatality Victims Unit of the Italian Red Cross Military Corps.
Participating odontologist, as invted expert, in the Interpol DVI Forensic Odontology Sub-Working Group, from 2010 until 2022. President and Founder of the Civil Protection Association Dental Team DVI Europe. Founder and current Presiodent of the Association Forensic Odontology for Human Rights (AFOHR).
Author of over 80 publications in international journals in the field of forensic odontology, human rights and child abuse, 6 contributions in books, 2 monographs on children rights and over 300 contributions in international congresses and events of legal medicine and forensic dentistry.
