C-UAS Area. Currently, the Drones and Counter-Drones Department of the Security Technology Center of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior is deploying the SIGLO-CD network (Global Counter-Drone System). It is a system based on client-server architecture, capable of detecting, identifying, monitoring and, if necessary, neutralizing commercial drones. The data is received in a Central Server with a Command and Control software (C2). The system is nowadays deployed in the city of Madrid, Valencia and different locations in southern Spain and will be extended to more than 50 cities in the next three years'.
