Richard Land has been serving as a police officer for the past 28 years. He worked as a general patrol officer preventing and investigating crimes and for the past 25 years and have been a dog handler. Richard has been a K9 instructor from past 15 years and responsible for the training, maintaining and development of the K9 unit. Richard has handled several K9 operations such as General patrol, Firearms support, Narcotics detection, victim recovery and blood detection. Richard is extremely passionate about his work in K9.
