Shaikha Al Awadhi is a licensed psychologist working at Dubai Foundation for Women and Children. Her work at DFWAC is specialized in providing services and supporting victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and child abuse to help them cope and re-build their lives. She is passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges such as family conflict, anxiety, depression, and trauma by utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each person’s unique needs. These techniques include, but are not limited to, individual, family therapy, play therapy, and animal-assisted therapy.
