His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, welcomed two distinguished delegations on the sidelines of the World Police Summit 2025, currently taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.
The three-day summit gathers top-level international participation from law enforcement agencies, global organisations, and security experts.
Lt. General Al Marri received His Excellency Ivica Dačić, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the Republic of Serbia, and Major General Mohammed Jassim Al Sulaiti, Director General of Public Security in Qatar.
During the meetings, both sides explored ways to strengthen cooperation and discussed topics of mutual interest in policing and public safety.
Lt. General Al Marri affirmed Dubai Police’s commitment to sharing its expertise and innovative practices with law enforcement leaders worldwide, noting that such high-level engagement contributes to the global knowledge exchange and reinforces cross-border collaboration in addressing security challenges.
Both delegations expressed their appreciation for the warm welcome and hospitality, and commended Dubai Police for organising a summit that brings together police leaders under one roof to discuss common challenges and avenues for enhancing law enforcement operations.
After the meetings, Lt. General Al Marri presented commemorative shields to the visiting delegations, extending his best wishes for their continued success and fruitful participation in the summit.
