Who can enter the World Police Summit Awards?
Individuals and teams from law enforcement entities, organizations and companies, and academic institutions, including academic faculty and students. Some categories, including the Good Samaritan Award, are also open to members of the public.
Can I nominate myself, or does someone else have to nominate me?
Self-nominations are accepted. You may also be nominated by someone else.
Can a team or an organization be nominated, or is it individuals only?
Both. There are separate registration routes for individual and organizational entries.
Can I enter more than one category?
Yes. However, you may not submit the same project or the same documents across multiple categories. Each submission must align with the specific criteria of the category you select.
I entered in 2025. Can I enter again in 2026?
Yes, you can enter again in 2026 as long as you were not a 2025 winner.
When is the awards submission deadline?
25 September 2026 at 12:00 PM, Dubai time (UTC+4).
How do I submit a nomination?
Through the Awards Registration page. Choose Register as Individual or Register as Organisation depending on your entry type.
Is there a required template?
Yes. The official Awards Participation Template is mandatory for every submission. It ensures entries are structured consistently, contain all required information, and clearly address the assessment criteria for your category. You can download it from the Awards registration page, titled "Awards Participation Template", at https://worldpolicesummit.com/awards-registration/
Is there a completed example of the template I can refer to?
A completed sample is not available. Follow the official template and make sure every required field and assessment criteria is clearly addressed.
How many supporting documents can I submit?
One. There is no page limit, but the file must not exceed 10.48 MB. It can be an evidence portfolio containing photographs, dashboards, charts, diagrams, institutional documents and other supporting material.
Can I edit my submission after sending it?
Yes, you can edit your submission until the deadline by submitting a new registration. Only your most recent submission will be considered, and your previous submission will be deleted.
Will I receive confirmation that my entry was received?
Yes. A confirmation email is generated automatically on successful submission. Keep it for your records.
