Colonel Dr. Ibrahim Bin Saba Al Marri

Colonel Dr. Ibrahim Bin Saba Al Marri holds a PhD in Knowledge and Innovation Management from the University of Manchester, UK.

As a senior leader at Dubai Police, he has played a pivotal role in launching the Innovation Strategy and Charter, establishing the region’s first Police Innovation Lab, and leading the organization to become the first in the region to earn international accreditation from the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI).

He has developed several pioneering programs, including the Knowledge Assets Program, Innovation Talent Management, and the first Professional Diploma in Innovation for Security Institutions.

Dr. Al Marri is also an active contributor to academic and research communities and has received numerous national and international awards for his impact in public sector innovation.
