Julia Jaeger

International Association of Women Police (IAWP)
Julia is the President of the IAWP and a distinguished figure in international policing. Julia brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to advancing the role of women in policing globally. Prior to her appointment as President, Julia has served the IAWP in various capacities including regional coordinator for Europe, Recording Secretary and First Vice President.
For the last 20 years, Julia has been an integral part of the IAWP, after joining in 2004 as an officer in the Metropolitan Police for London, UK and working for year in Bosnia for the United Nations.
Her appointment as President marks a significant milestone for the Association as it moves into a new phase in its advocacy for the empowerment and professional development of women in law enforcement.
