Keynote – Diplomacy, Defense & Development- The New Pillars of Border Security

His Excellency Dr. Obaid Al Ketbi brought unparalleled experience across these three pillars—having served at the highest levels of military command, international diplomacy, and strategic development. In this keynote, he outlined how a future-ready border strategy must integrate soft power with hard security and align humanitarian goals with national interests.
By rethinking borders as bridges rather than barriers, Dr. Al Ketbi set the stage for a new era of cooperation and collective security.
